MEET THE ORIGINS. Our expeditions take their name from Kon-Tiki Viracocha, the God of all Creation in pre-Inca and Inca mythology. Viracocha means "sea foam", and he is represented by an old man with the sun as his crown, two lightning bolts in his hands, and tears in his eyes that symbolize rain.
