Architect: John Douglas. Date of Birth: Apr 11, 1830. Date of Death: May 23, 1911. Nationality: British. Notes: Douglas was a Cheshire architect who designed over 500 buildings in Cheshire, North Wales, and Northwest England. He did a lot of work at Eaton Hall, the estate of the dukes of Westminster. One of Douglas's earliest houses was Oakmere.
