Project Juf Nienke in Amsterdam is volledig circulair ontwikkeld en geheel energieneutraal. Bij de bouw zijn hernieuwde materialen en gerecyclede materialen zoals hout gebruikt met een lage milieubelasting. Op de daken liggen zonnepanelen en er is sprake van maximaal waterbehoud dankzij de groene daken, plantenbakken en de binnentuin.
