This is Lomandra 'Little Con' (Mat-rush, Lomandra confertifolia 'Little Con') which has a beautiful lush green foliage. It never browns off. In behind there we've got Leptospermum scoparium 'Nanum Rubrum' (Dwarf Tea-tree) - it's a big name, but a beautiful small plant.
