This costume isn't 100% home made but it's not 100% store bought either. Either way, he loves it and that is what matters (please it was pretty as far as costumes go!). This is what I did for the costume. I ordered a Captain Hook costume and then turned it into Harry Hook. I used the pants and the jacket of the costume but that's it.
